Installed part number: 1012-STS-A27 9mm conversion barrel on my .40 S&W Glock 22. Nearly 500 shots without a single misfire. The 9mm shooting the same target as the .40 is surprising. Average group at 7 yards is 3/4 inch.
I ordered the stainless steel version for my G23 and it ran right out of the box. Direct replacement, no problem. I added oil to the factory recommended locations and immediately ran 100 rounds. No problem, no hiccups. Deadly accurate. I've already installed the black yikes connector and 6lb trigger return spring and it's a lot of fun to shoot.
Took out the old barrel, slid the new one in and fired a 9mm, simple as that. I got stuck once after the 19th shot. Maybe a break? No problems since 150 rounds went through.
When mounted, it catches in the slide release, but if you hold it down slightly, the cylinder releases it and the slide is no problem.

Just got the DD cylinder and installed it in the G 23 .40 s&w glock and bought the glock 9mm g19 mag.
There are no other mods. Yook to the range and fired 50 rounds of S&B 115 1. 124 gr ammunition. NO FTF or FTE or stovepipes or barriers. It worked flawlessly, I am very happy with this conversion from 40 to 9mm.
I inspected the barrel before installation and it is beautifully finished. there were no dents, scratches or dents and the feed ramp was super polished for smooth entry. I love being able to shoot .40 and 9mm with the same g23. This gen 4 G23 was perfect when it wasn't.
